To create a successful digital anti-smoking campaign, the Cancer Society of Finland created a microsite that will quietly scare you into quitting.
The microsite is called Tobacco Body, and in the words of creative director Erkki Izarra, it is “a bit of tech candy, more youthful language, and some shock value,".
The thinking behind it was to give the youth something to think about when they face the unpleasant short-term effects of smoking. One of the most striking imagery is the difference between a smoker’s body and a non smoker’s body.
