Sharing ‘sext’ photos is never a good idea, and this ad cleverly shows the reason why.
Created by Brazilian agency Propeg, the ad shows a young lady taking a private photo of herself in the bathroom. Instead of her own reflection in the mirror, it shows a young man, presumably the person she is sending the picture to.
Behind him, in a ‘hall-of-mirrors effect’, are a line of people looking at their phones, higlighting how fast ‘sext’ photos get leaked and shared online.
The tagline for the ad reads, “The internet can’t keep a secret. Keep your privacy offline”.
What do you think of the ad? Does it convey the message effectively?
