Illustrator Ted Slampyak, who recently showed us how to survive a lightning strike, has returned with an amusing guide for The Art of Manliness that demonstrates how you can use babies as “exercise equipments”, such as kettlebells and medicine balls, for your workouts.
The cheeky guide suggests trying these exercises with babies that are able to “hold their neck up and sit up by themselves”.
Do note that the guide is not meant to be taken seriously, and we certainly do not encourage the use of babies as gym tools—however, this guide is great as a piece of light-hearted midweek humor.
