American artist Jeff Bennett melded the idyllic with the futuristic in his series of art works that remix Star Wars with popular American painter Thomas Kinkade’s works.
The series features a change of scenery for the Star Wars characters—‘Stormtroopers’ and monsters ravage the bucolic landscape, and a ‘Millenium Falcon’ hovers ominously over the horizon.
The artist blends the characters almost seamlessly in some pieces—two ‘AT-AT’ walkers look right at home in one of the more peaceful paintings.
