To encourage its employees to fill out their timesheets promptly, Minneapolis-based ad agency Colle+McVoy has decided to reward them with free beer for doing so.
The agency built a beer machine called the ‘TapServer’, a “multi-keg beer deployment system” that uses RFID technology and customized software to verify that its staff have indeed completed their timesheets and deserve a free pint.
The idea isn’t new; JWT Brazil has a beer fridge that only unlocks when all of its employees have filled out their timesheets.
