Insightful Video Examines Pixar’s Successful Storytelling Rules

After sharing with us ‘The Pixar Theory’, Bloop Animation is back with another short written by New York-based screenwriter Dean Movshovitz.



The new video explores Pixar’s storytelling rules and highlights the main ideas that inspire its movies.



Using films such as Toy Story, Ratatouille and Finding Nemo as examples, the video shares that the essence of Pixar’s stories usually involve characters struggling outside their comfort zone. Watching the characters go to extreme lengths to get their lives back, is in fact the most compelling part of the movies.
