Infographic: How Your Menstrual Cycle Is Affecting Your Sleep





National Sleep Foundation has created an infographic for women that explains how their sleep could be affected by their menstrual cycle.



Did you know women are most likely to report poor sleep quality three days prior to menstruation, which could last through the first four days of their period? This could explain why they are likely to be moody, sad, or angry during their period.
