If you appreciate the aromatic smell of a good whiskey, this ‘smart fabric’ developed by Heriot Watt University’s School of Textiles and Design, in collaboration with Johnnie Walker’s Black Label whiskey, would let you wear the scent of scotch.
The tweed is infused with ‘Aqua Alba’, designed to replicate the smell of “rich malt, golden vanilla, red fruit and dark chocolate tones”, which would be able stay on even after multiple washes.
The first line of clothing made with these whiskey-scented fabric will be made available in Berlin before being marketed across the rest of Europe.
