YouTuber Dave Hax—who last taught us how to draw a perfect circle freehand—has created a new video that shows us how to create optical illusion drawings that look three-dimensional.
Start by creating dots at the sides of the sheet of paper, then draw the outline of the object, and connect the dots by drawing horizontal lines across the page.
To make the drawing appear as if it is popping out of the page, use a pen to fill in the outline and complete it with shading.
