Most people use a camera to capture their memories while on vacation. Some of us stop abruptly or get into awkward angles, all for a chance to get the best shot possible. Others feel that just a quick snap with a phone camera is sufficient.
Unlike these usual methods of commemorating a holiday memory, designer Teresa Lim adopts a mobile needle and thread approach by taking time to embroider her surroundings on site when she is traveling.
More than just an average photo, Teresa has a collection of embroidered landscapes from places like Tokyo, Berlin, Hanoi, London and Perth.
