Costing US$816 per scoop, the Black Diamond is the world's most expensive sundae.
Available exclusively at the newly opened Scoopi Café in Dubai. Founder Zubin Doshi spent five weeks crafting the dessert, and had ingredients flown in from all over the world.
The exotic sundae consists of Madagascar vanilla ice cream, Iranian saffron and sliced black Italian truffle, and topped with 23K edible gold. Customers also get to keep the Versace bowl and spoon that the ice cream is served in.
