Cyclists in the Dutch cities of Eindhoven and Veldhoven now have a lane to call their own while cruising the highway thanks to an elevated bicycle roundabout.
Designed by Dutch design and engineering firm IPV Delft, the Hovenring is a circular bridge measuring 236 feet in diameter. It is held in place with steel cables anchored by a central pylon, and the rounded crossings makes entering and exiting the lane a breeze.
