‘Instant Beer Machine’ Brews Homemade Beer In 3.5-Hours

Bill Mitchell, Jim Mitchell and Avi Gieger have come together to develop a machine that lets you easily make beer.

Their brainchild, called ‘PicoBrew Zymatic’, is a kitchen appliance that’s a dream come true for those who love their lager.

With the machine, all users have to do is to load up ingredients—grain, hops and water—and choose a recipe; the machine would do the rest for you, and have your beer ready in three-and-a-half hours.

Essentially an “espresso maker for beer”, according to Bill Mitchell, the PicoBrew Zymatic helps you simply and easily make your own homebrew by automatically controling the temperatures and timings for you—giving quality and consistency in the final product.

Filling in the gap between commercial brewing and home brewing, the machine makes brewing your own beer less time-consuming and makes cleaning up easy.

Would you get this beer-making machine?
