In an ongoing series of intimate photographs, New York street photographer Matt Weber captures romantic non-staged moments of couples in love and having a private moment out in the public.
Kissing on the subway, cuddling on the streets—his series features lovers displaying their affection, indifferent to the hustle and bustle surrounding them, adding a touch of tenderness to the harsh and concrete urban jungle.
“Maybe it’s not exhibitionism so much as being overwhelmed,” Weber told Slate. “The first time you fall in love as a teenager is a really powerful thing.”
