“Many people you know have been mugged at one point or another.”
Cartoonist Gemma Correll recently created a funny series of illustrations for Joanna Goddard of blog “Cup of Jo” that shows “9 Crazy Things About NYC”.
Like any other city, New York City has strange quirks that somehow makes it more lovable to its resident—Correll’s illustrations bring them to life in an amusing way.
From how being mugged is a common New Yorker experience to the ridiculously long waiting time for a restaurant in West Village, these illustrations shows some of the “crazy things” that make New York City so unique.
