For Scotiabank Nuit Blanche 2013, a contemporary art event held in Toronto, French audiovisual artist NOhista and installation artists Collectif Coin put up a stunning light and sound installation called ‘Cyclique’.
Featuring 256 white helium balloons embedded with LED lights, the kinetic sculpture spanned 900 meters, illuminating the night with a glowing aerial display.
The lights throbbed and pulsed in sequence with music and wind movement, providing viewers with a synesthetic visual feast.
