A Fridge Filled With Juices Representing Various Lifestyles In A Large City

Artist Josh Kline has created a witty installation, titled ‘Skittles’, as part of the outdoor group exhibition Archro.

At first glance, Kline's artwork looks like a typical fridge filled with bottles of healthy cold-pressed juices—but on closer examination, the industrial refrigerator contains concoctions of drinks made with unconventional ingredients.

The juices represent the different contemporary lifestyle, taste and struggles of a metropolitan city like New York City—for instance, the bottle that depicts nightlife, includes ingredients such as coke zero, octopus ink, raid, cool water [Davidoff], and bath salts.
