Japanese advertising agency Dentsu Tokyo has created a humorous ad that reveals the ‘best kept’ secrets of Japanese advertising.
In this humorous spot for sushi restaurant Gin no Sara, it points out secrets like using cabbage to mimic sword slashing sounds, getting the clients drunk by ‘spiking’ their coffee with whiskey, and hiring an ‘exorcist’ to rid the TV set of spirits.
However, the biggest advertising secret is actually sushi—which according to the video, promises to bring smiles to everyone’s faces.
