Parents-to-be Jacqueline Shu and Benjamin Snyder, together with their pet dog ‘Sir William’, have created a “pretentious” Wes Anderson-inspired trailer to announce their pregnancy.
In their short video, ‘The Pretentious Presentation Of The Uterine Inhabitant’, the couple parodied a few scenes and lines from Wes Anderson’s movies, particularly from 2012’s Moonrise Kingdom.
The creative couple also featured aesthetics that are usually found in the popular filmmaker’s work, such as symmetrical film shots, and close-up shots of seemingly ordinary objects.
