Photographers worldwide have captured images of people at work in cities for this year’s CBRE Urban Photographer of the Year Awards.



Nearly 12,000 entries poured in from all over the globe, and they are sure to open your eyes to urban life around the world.



From fish sellers to surgeons, the fascinating photographs show people from all walks of life and levels of society engaged in labor.
