TBWA Paris has unveiled a series of odd anti-AIDS ads that show people doing mundane things in the absence of condoms.
Created for French safe sex advocacy group AIDES, the humorously quirky spots feature naked people piecing together jigsaw puzzles, knitting, stringing pearls, and shelling peas. They end with the tagline “No condom, no sex”.
While a tad silly, the use of subtlety is a refreshing approach and a creative way to deliver an otherwise heavy-handed message.
