OPENForum has produced an infographic on detecting lying clients by reading their facial cues.
According to the infographic, facial features—especially the eyebrows, eyes and mouth—can reveal a lot about the person and show what they really mean.
For example, if a client says, “I fully understand your offer”, but has their nose wrinkled, one eyebrow raised or a crease forms between their eyebrows, they do not understand your offer and you should re-explain it.
