Harry Potter fans, listen up.
Popular author J.K. Rowling has announced plans to publish a special Harry Potter story via her website, Pottermore, for free on Halloween.
The 1,700-word story will focus on the backstory of the vile, cat-loving Hogwarts professor Dolores Umbridge.
According to The Independent, a statement on Pottermore said that “Umbridge is not only one of the most malicious Potter characters—she is the only person other than Lord Voldemort to leave a permanent physical scar on Harry.”
Rowling’s “revealing first-person thoughts and reflections about the character” will also be included in the new story.
