New York’s Tallest Residential Tower Will Feature A US$95 Million Penthouse

The tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere will be located at Manhattan’s Park Avenue, between 56th and 57th streets. Called ‘432 Park Avenue’, it was designed by architect Rafael Viñoly.

At a towering height of 1,396-feet, 432 Park Avenue will be 96-stories-high and consists of 104 units. The luxurious building will also feature exclusive amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, cinema, spa and 24-hour valet service.

It also comes with a spectacular view of New York City “from the Hudson to the East River, from the Bronx to Brooklyn, and from Central Park to the Atlantic Ocean”. It’s “a 100% New York experience,” said Viñoly.

432 Park Avenue is due to be completed in late 2015.
