The New York Times recently released a short documentary-film titled ‘Small Plates’, where they sent six second graders from Brooklyn’s PS 295 to one of the fanciest restaurants in New York City.
Small Plates was created as a experimental film with the help of acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud.
Daniel is the name of his upscale restaurant, and a seven-course tasting menu usually costs USD $220 per person.
Each child had a different take on the food, disagreeing with most of Boulud’s thoughts.
