Along with several of their friends, Russian duo Vitaliy Raskalov and Vadim Makhorov of On The Roofs have once again accomplished a shocking stunt that involves the hacking of a billboard in Hong Kong.
Their gripping video first gives us a look at the busy city that is Hong Kong before leading us to the China Online Centre skyscraper, where they climbed their way up to the huge billboard.
After giving us a stunning aerial view of the city, they proceeded to hack the digital billboard, changing the words to “What’s Up Hong Kong”, before making a stealthy getaway.
