The Alzheimer’s Association, in partnership with IMGembed, has announced the launch of the ‘Unforgettable Collection’—the world’s first photo collection dedicated to the battle against Alzheimer’s disease.

Alzheimer’s disease is a form of dementia that deteriorates a person’s memory, thinking, and behavior over time and eventually leads to death. According to statistics from the Alzheimer’s Association, it is currently the 6th leading cause of death in the United States, with more than five million Americans living with the disease and 500,000 people dying each year because of it. It is also the most expensive condition in the nation, with no known cure.

If you would like to contribute to this meaningful initiative, please donate your photos to the ‘Unforgettable Collection’. All revenues generated from this collection will go to the Alzheimer’s Association for the advancement of research, and provision of care and support to those affected.

Alternatively, you can also help spread the word on Facebook and Twitter by using the hashtags #tbt, #endalz and #unforgettablecollection.

With your help, critical support for Alzheimer’s patients can be just a click away.
