Warner Bros. Pictures have released the first official trailer for its upcoming movie, The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, which is also the final movie in the Hobbit trilogy.
The trailer picks off from where the last Hobbit movie ended, continuing the adventures of Bilbo Baggins, Thorin Oakenshield and the Company of Dwarves as they prepare to face the consequences of Smaug’s wrath on the citizens of Lake-town.
The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, directed by Peter Jackson, will be released in the US on 17 December 2014.
