Los Angeles-based photographer and stylist Christine McConnell’s photos seem to have a suggestive hint of sinister air underlying their gorgeous façade.
Taking up photography at the age of 19, McConnell has since advanced to creating her own lighting, outfits, set-ups and even baking the evil-looking food items that make appearances in her stylish shots.
From dressing up as Red Riding Hood with a menacing wolf lurking in the background, to going on dates with ‘Jason Voorhees’ of slasher film Friday the 13th and creating a Stepford Wives’-inspired image to showcase her various talents, McConnell’s creative photographs are a delightful tease.
