The news was first announced with the help of a vibrant pink food truck during the recent Hello Kitty convention held in Los Angeles.
Café goers can expect to indulge in Hello Kitty-themed food items, like donuts, fondant cakes, macarons, and drink from the signature bow-shaped water bottles.
For fans who are not living in Califonia, be sure to catch the Café truck as it makes its rounds around the East Coast now.
