Texas-based photographer Marc Menjivar has a set of work titled ‘Refrigerator’. As its name suggests, this series simply takes a look at what is inside your fridge.
Taking the idiom, ‘you are what you eat’ into mind, Menjivar’s photos lets you make assumptions about the owner of the fridge through their choice of food.
It is fascinating to see the contents in various fridges. Whether they contain processed food, fresh food, takeout boxes, just meat, or nothing at all—each item seems to tell a different story.
