In a campaign to promote their Bell-Net Obstetrics product, Japanese medical facility Kishokai Medical Corp have collaborated with ad agency Dentsu to design a lovely diary that encourages expectant mothers to celebrate the various milestones throughout the 40 weeks of their pregnancy.

The ‘Mother Book’ contains a “bump” that physically “grows” together with the expectant mother’s belly—when flipped, the pages of the book reveal the changing shape of a pregnant woman’s belly and breasts.

The campaign also hopes that mothers will consider passing their books, which contains pockets of writing spaces for them to jot down special memories, as a gift to their child.
