Singaporean hobbyist photographer Choo Yut Shing has taken this very awesome picture of a snake sculpture slithering down a street in Singapore’s Chinatown district.
According to the Chinese lunar calendar, 2013 is the Year of the Snake and this 985-foot long illuminated sculpture—made of 850 yellow sky lanterns—is part of the festive decorations for celebrating The Chinese New Year.
This beautiful golden snake is accompanied by another shorter, lantern-made red snake sculpture a short distance away.
