‘Library House’ Has A 20-Feet High Floor-To-Ceiling Bookshelf

For those who have too many books. even a house with staircase walls as shelves can’t contain—Japanese architect Shinichi Ogawa has designed a house for avid readers that are also book hoarders.

Aptly-named ‘Library House’, the one-storey house located in Tochigi, Japan, features a 20-feet high floor-to-ceiling bookshelf.

The ceiling also has a strip of glass windows that allow sun to enter the space, so that the residents can get better natural light for reading during daytime.
