Brooklyn-based entrepreneurs Erica Shea and Stephen Valand of Brooklyn Brew Shop have created a line of nifty home-brewing kits that allow urban beer-lovers to make their own beer in tiny kitchens.
These kits come fully equipped with everything one will need when home-brewing beer—including a pack of grain mix, a glass gallon jug and a 3-piece chambered airlock—and each one takes about three weeks to produce a gallon of beer.
