Severodvinsk-based Russian graphic designer has created an awesome business card design for a barber, which features an animated image of a pair of scissors.
Using a simple optical illusion from an old cinematography concept, the card consists of two parts—a piece of paper with a blurred version of the graphic on it and a striped envelope.
By pushing the image card in and out of the envelope, one will be able to manually animate the scissors picture, creating the illusion that it is snapping open and shut.
Unlike the heat-sensitive business card that uses technology to create an impression, this fun animated one takes an old-fashioned idea and turns it into something memorable.
