By making a move on ex-Google Advertising Head, Jeffrey Graham to fill in its new Head of Reseach position, Twitter seems focused on staying at the top of its game.
Apart from building relationships with brands and advertisers, Graham and his future team (hiring is now on-going) will be concentrating his research efforts on translating Twitter-user behavior, like Retweets (RTs), into worthwhile information for companies that have a presence in the Twitter-sphere.
