As part of an ongoing Electrolux Design Lab competition, Taiwanese designer Pei-Chih Deng has come up with ‘Air Globe’, a concept air purifier that mimics the weather climate of your desired place.
Users can choose their place of fancy on the sphere model, which displays the world map. The globe then “collects the real-time temperature, humidity, smell and sound of the area” before reproducing and releasing it into the environment.
This essentially means that individuals can experience the weather of another country without leaving home.
