A Fitness Band That 'Shocks' Users, Reminds Them To Exercise

Pavlok, a new fitness tracker created by author Maneesh Sethi, send small, sharp jolts of electric shock to the user’s wrist if they fail to meet their exercise targets for the day.

The fitness band was designed to help users develop a habit by being consistent in their daily workouts.

As written on the website, “When you use Pavlok to stick to your goals, you’ll find that they become easier and eventually, automatic.”

Besides shocking its users, the Pavlok also tracks your fitness goals and progress with its accompanying app.
