A Utilitarian 3D Typeface That Can Be Used As Furniture

US designer Joel Wolter has created a series of typeface that could be used as home furniture.

He formed the letters with three-dimensional renderings and built each of them with mild carbon steel and a mig welder—every letter was constructed in actual furniture size and was exhibited as a piece of functional furniture.

Would you use these in your home?
