An Apartment Building That Encourages Social Interaction Between Residents

Architect firms C.F. Møller and Brut Architecture and Urban Design have collaborated to design a residential building that aims to foster friendship among its occupants.

The 24-story building features many common spaces such as shared balconies, winter gardens and inner courtyard to encourage interaction among residents.

It even has a communal ground floor that serves as a dining area and a three-story high indoor garden on the rooftop.

The building’s expected completion date is in 2017.
