Architect Designs And Constructs An Eco-Friendly Summerhouse For Her Mother

Architect Rosario Talevi designed and constructed an eco-friendly summerhouse for her mother in Uruguay.

Despite having a tight budget, the two-story house, measuring at just 2,400-square-feet, looks modern and stylish.

The first floor of the house consists of an open kitchen and living room, while the bedrooms occupy the second floor. A deck area on the rooftop serves as a relaxing spot to enjoy the scenery around.

Most of the furniture in the house are custom-made as they had to make them fit into the limited space the house offered.

A wood-burning stove is also available to heat up the house during winter.

Talevi hopes that the house can be an enjoyable place for her mum to live in and also a venue where her family can gather together to have fun.
