Japanese artist Daisuke Ichiba has a series of disturbing illustrations that depicts female characters in chaotic scenarios.
Drawn in dire states, the female characters often have missing features like an eye or limbs. In certain images, they are even portrayed to have fangs for teeth.
“Choosing to create work that is only beautiful feels artificial, thus [I] paint both,” said Ichiba, explaining his unconventional illustration style.
