Beautifully Arranged Foods, Each Showcasing A Single Distinctive Color

By chef Hiroki Yoshitake of Sola

French art director Emile Guelpa has come up with a series that features elegantly arranged foods in monochromatic color palettes.

These images were created for Fricote magazine, and features the works of chefs like James Henry, Hiroki Yoshitake and Giovanni Passerini. Each chef had to come up with a monochromatic dish that adheres to the theme, “one chef, one color”.

Check them out below, or head on over to Emile Guelpa’s website to find out more about the project.
