Creative Dad Builds An Awesome Boba Fett ‘LEGO’ Costume For His Son

What would be the perfect attire for a kid attending a toy convention?

For this 6-year-old boy, it would be a self-made Star Wars Boba Fett ‘LEGO’ costume created by his graphic designer dad.

Going by the pseudonym CGS1 in the Star Wars costuming community, The Dented Helmet, the creative dad shared on the forum of how he build the entire costume from scratch, taking references from photos and scans.

He wrote, “The costume is built primarily out of sintra with pink insulation foam used to carve the helmet dome and a small amount of plastazote foam used on the tips and base of the jetpack rockets. Torso and leg graphics are printed on adhesive vinyl while a custom green was used to color match the helmet and jetpack.”
