Designer Creatively Transforms Ugly Thrift Store Finds Into Stylish Clothes





Columbia, South Carolina-based writer and designer Jillian Owens, who goes by the name ReFashionista, has a knack for turning ugly thrift store finds into stylish clothes.



Using a pair of scissors, a sewing machine and oodles of creativity, Owens transforms shapeless second-hand pieces of fabric into elegant dresses and shirts.



Her finished outfits look chic and designer-worthy, proving that looking good does not have to cost a bomb.
