General Electric’s new experimental microkitchen concept is a brand new idea that aims to fit the wantlist today’s city dwellers.
Their goal is to fit typically large appliances into a space of a small studio apartment.
Condensing kitchen appliances such as a fridge, freezer, sink, induction stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even tabletop prep space into a single unit, all appliances have been shrunk to be seamlessly organized together.
Everything is digital too, and can be controlled through a touchscreen panel.
At present, this is just a concept presented by GE, in line with the trend of micro apartments.
