Good.Co, a self-discovery platform that helps professionals identify their strengths in the workplace, has created an iOS app of the same name that lets you know if you’re a good fit for a company’s culture.
Founded on the premise of a psychometric framework, the app evaluates your personality traits, compares your scores with friends and colleagues, and assesses your cultural fit through a series of quizzes.
It draws from a database of 17 personality aspects and 48 personality traits to offer insights into your qualities, such as whether you’re an introvert or extrovert.
The app also recommends ideal companies to work for, and lets you measure your cultural fit against company personality profiles.
Created with the aim of providing workers with happier and more meaningful careers, co-founder Samar Birwadker hopes it will make it easier for them to figure out what they want in a job.
