The Japanese chef Maa Tamagosan has come up with a cute recipe that teaches us how to make hugging bear cookies.

As it is in Japanese, the Demilked team ranslated the recipe so that we can learn how to make these adorable looking cookies.

First, we have to preheat the oven to 160°C, and mix cake flour, potato starch and a little bit of salt in a bowl.

Once the dough is made, cut bear shapes using cookie cutters and place an almond in the middle of their torsos. Slowly lift up the “arms” of each bear so that they end up hugging each nut. Bake them in the oven and you’re done.
