In their project ‘Apocalypse in Art’, Ukrainian artists Vitaliy and Elena Vasilieva imagined what some of the world’s famous museums will look like after the world goes through an apocalypse.
In their striking set of black-and-white photos, the museums seemed to have survived the destruction as most buildings stood tall and strong, a stark contrast from its desolate surroundings—perhaps, an ode to the belief that art will always stick around even when its creators have left the world.
